CMT Atomizers Delivery Program

CMT Atomizers production’s range includes sizes for capacity from 1 to 30.000 kg/h in feed rate thus satisfying the needs ranging from the small laboratory plant up to the large industrial production.

According to atomizer’s size, selected drive and wheels, related speeds are up to 60.000 rpm to achieve up to 250 mt/sec in tip speed.

Air Drive
Belt Drive
Direct Drive with high speed motors (Air and liquid cooled)

Gear Drive with High Speed Gearbox is under development and will be ready to be on the market soon.

CMT Atomizers is also the leader in oil free technology . No oil is needed for bearings lubrication and this fact eliminates any risk of oil contamination in the final powder, great benefit value for food, flavors, dairy and pharma industries.

Wheels and liquid distributors of different sizes and geometries are available in order to handle a wide range of feed of different viscosities, abrasive, corrosive and meet the powder specifications in terms of quality, particle size and density.
